Four hours by car to the south west of Ottawa on the northern shore of Lake Ontario, Toronto is a great weekend getaway destination. There are plenty of year round attractions. The Toronto Island park and beaches attract many family vistors through the summer, boat and bicycle rentals are available on the Island.
